For that, we would like to share with you some recommendations as well as a set of measures that have been implemented in order to comply with all the hygiene and safety rules.

• The use of face mask is mandatory in all indoor public areas.
• Hand sanitiser available in all guest areas.
• All our team members use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Room cleaning will follow a set of rules to ensure accurate disinfection and hygiene. Each room will have a cleaning schedule that will be shared at check-in, so that guests can leave the room during this service.
• Our restaurants and bars are ready to welcome you but we highly recommend booking a table in advance.
• We have several restaurants and bars at your disposal. We recommend you to make your reservation in advance.
• Please contact the reception as the following services and items are only available upon request:

  • Turndown
  • Shoehorn, shoe brush and sewing kit
  • Pillow menu
  • Free coee and tea facilities
  • Minibar (choose from the menu available on your mobile or room TV)
• Pool area, sunbeds and solariums will be frequently cleaned.
• We recommend maintaining social distancing, especially, in the pool area.
• The use of the gym is limited to 4 guests at a time.
• The use of face mask is mandatory in all spa public areas.
• Cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces in public areas will be carried out regularly, with appropriate products.
• You may check the proforma invoice on your room TV.
• We recommend using credit/debit cards or other electronic paying methods.
• All the necessary information for your stay will be available on the Stay Safe, Stay Savoy app. To access, you only have to use the QR code available at the Reception.
