RULES AND REGULATIONS
These rules and regulations apply to all guests, Savoy Signature Vacation Club members and bystanders.
The facilities and equipment must be used in a civilised manner and without causing any damage. Users shall be deemed liable for any damage caused.
The facilities may only be used for the purposes of playing PADEL.
All users must comply with these rules and regulations.
FACILITIES
The furniture in and around the court may not be removed without permission.
Do not move or adjust the net.
When moving between courts, do not jump over the net. Please use the door.
Only 4 players may be on the court at any one time. All others must remain outside.
Savoy Signature is not liable for any objects lost or damaged in the facilities.
Neither is it liable for any physical injuries that may occur therein.
RULES GOVERNING BEHAVIOUR / EQUIPMENT
Please respect the basic rules of conduct and do not inconvenience those playing. Please be silent and do not talk loudly. Do not use inappropriate language or gestures, whether audible or visual.
Acts of physical, verbal or other violence are expressly banned inside the facilities.
Use of inappropriate clothing that may inconvenience other users is expressly forbidden. It is not permitted to remove your shirt at any time.
Appropriate clothing and footwear: polo/t-shirt, shorts/tracksuit and trainers.
Do not use sports footwear with special soles (e.g. with studs, spikes, etc.)
For safety reasons (glass breakage), you may not play with metal accessories (e.g. watches, rings, necklaces, etc.)
Accidents by users wearing metal objects on the court will not be covered by the insurance.
Anyone wearing unsuitable clothing will be asked to leave the court.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Bookings can be made at the Savoy Signature hotel receptions or by phone at +315 291 213 500.
Payment must be made at the Hotel Royal Savoy reception before playing.
Bookings can be cancelled at no cost up to 5 hours beforehand.
For cancellations less than 5 hours in advance, 50% of the amount will be charged.
For no-shows without prior cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
Alteration of Bookings
Whenever Savoy Signature deems it necessary, it has the right to alter a booking to optimise the court and scheduling, provided it does not penalize either the Savoy or the players.
FINAL REMARKS
In the event of an emergency, please contact the Hotel Royal Savoy reception.
Do not use the facilities if you have been ill in the last 48 hours.

Savoy Signature reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations, as well as the prices, at any moment and without prior notice.
These rules and regulations shall apply from 1 September 2021 onwards.
