Special Tribute
The inspiration behind this creative endeavour stems from none other than José Manuel Jardim, our esteemed former bar manager, who is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement with his family.
In 1990, he claimed the prestigious title of IBA World Cocktail Champion in Mexico. His winning creation, Raquel, inspired by his daughter, outshone the efforts of the other 34 participants.
His remarkable achievement has motivated our team to pursue excellence in crafting their own cocktails. José generously shared his expertise with our seasoned team members, who continue to honour his legacy by passing down the art of bartending to our cherished guests.
