| WHAT TO BRING Hotel guests: Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the room. Walk-in guests: The Spa will provide towels, bathrobes, slippers, and any required amenities. BOOKINGS Should you require assistance in choosing your treatment, please contact LAUREA SPA reception. We advise early booking in order to guarantee your preferred time. Bookings can be made directly at the spa reception, calling 9 on the operator, +351 291 213 000 or just simply emailing us at laurea.spa@savoysignature.com. All walk-in guests are welcome at LAUREA SPA and reservations are subject to availability. The indicated times include a consultation with the therapist. |
| CHECK IN AT THE SPA Should you wish not to enjoy the facilities, we recommend that you check in at the spa 15 minutes before your appointment to complete a consultation form and ensure your treatment starts on time. Late arrivals may limit your experience. We will do our best to deliver the full treatment; however, if there are appointments scheduled afterwards, we may need to shorten its duration. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY Should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly let us know 8 hours in advance. A 100% charge will be applied on cancellations within 8 hours of the appointment time. |
