| CONCEPT | |||
| Portugal is one of the world’s oldest wine-producing nations. Long before designations of origin existed, wine was already part of our table, our land, and our way of life. This wine list is rooted in Madeira a region of extreme viticulture and unique identity and is centred on Portuguese wines, with a focus on indigenous grape varieties and old vines, the living expression of our winemaking heritage. In the cellar, intervention is kept to a minimum, preserving what matters most: the expression of the vintage, the land, and the people who cultivate it. In dialogue with this identity, the international selection brings together benchmark producers and regions that share the same principles of rigour, balance, and respect for origin. More than a selection, this wine list offers a contemporary perspective on wine beginning in Madeira, travelling through Portugal, and opening out to the world. |
|||
| SOMMELIER’S SUGGESTION | |||
| Each wine in this selection has been carefully chosen to offer a unique experience, showcasing labels that best express the character of their terroirs and producers. Whether to accompany your meal or to be enjoyed during a special moment, these recommendations reflect a genuine passion for wine and a commitment to quality and exclusivity. All wines are served using the Coravin system, ensuring optimal freshness and the preservation of each wine’s aromas. |
